If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the level of service or training that you receive from Bruce Dewey Consulting, we will endeavor to remedy your concern upon proper notification.

If we cannot remedy the problem to your satisfaction, we will at our option either adjust the consulting/training fees, or allow the participant(s) to receive additional consulting free of charge.

Notice must be provided to the consultant or to Bruce Dewey Consulting in writing within two weeks of the consulting appointment date.

Our goal is to guarantee that you receive the best possible training and professional service that we can provide.
